Looking for a Room in Palm Beach County

I m looking for a room in a house.I would prefer someone who doesn t mind that I eat late at night. I like to have dinner after 10 or 11 pm and to watch movies until 3 am or so in my room.I would modify my schedule to any another if necessary.I m easy going and I would pay the rent on time every month for as long as I live in your place.I would have my own furniture a standard size refrigerator and a microwave. I also need to have access to the kitchen for light cooking.Finally I have one cat named Victor.I live in Tamarac right now. The zip code here is 33319. I have been here two years and 4 months.I would like to move to the Palm Beach County as soon as possible.
