Position Info Position Cook Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 17.00 20.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 2 Work Location 5-21768 Lougheed Hwy Maple Ridge BC V2X 2S1 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Monitor kitchen and food service area. Keep the environment clean and sanitized. Supervise kitchen helpers. Train other kitchen helpers in preparation cooking and handling food items. Prepare complete meals and all our menu items. Plan new menu items regulate size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and purchase supplies. Keep inventory and records of food supplies and equipment.
