A This is a possible temp-to-hire role for the right candidate and the pay rate is 13 (based on experience). Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 13 Hour Responsibilities Include The role of the floor technician requires EXTREME flexibility in hours of availability. Prepping and cleaning floors with specialized equipment and chemicals Ability to fulfill traveling requirements is crucial and the associate will need to be willing to work odd hours during project. Finishing refinishing concrete and epoxy floors with HEAVY equipment for long hours and often overnight. Associates will be required to travel for up to 10-15 days at a time and will have room and board taken care of. bility to use heavy equipment including grinders saws jackhammers and buffers. Qualifications Experience with jackhammers concrete saws and grinders is a plus but not required There is no minimal educational requirement but specialized training can help laborers advance Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience Strong work ethic Some assignment have additional screening requirements such as background checks and or drug tests
