The qualified Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties Coordinate the daily activity of the office by introducing standard procedures to carry out routine activities. Establish work priorities provide support to management and assist with budgeting and general office expenses. Provide information to potential clients prepare estimates maintain records prepare invoices collect payment. Create and maintain electronic files. May prepare payment for office expenses such as utilities office supplies business expenses credit cards etc. Provide clerical support such as answering phones type print fax distribute mail schedule appointments etc. Other duties related to providing support to a very busy office operation. The right candidate will have the following skills Completion of secondary school is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position is required.
