The PeopleReady located at Boise Idaho 83702 is currently hiring a Supply Chain Specialist Job Description Performs a variety of supply chain generalist functions to ensure customer fulfillment at the desired servicelevels. This can entail customer service capacity planning materials management managing inventory SC reporting and logistics support. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour Job Duties Duties may include but are not limited to the following Maintain and place orders including confirmations for inventory to support production Monitor schedules and Bill of Material for production Maintain credibility of inventory and make corrections as needed. Communicate with carriers for inbound purchase orders Non-SAP sites execute invoicing for items produced shipped and extra services Reconcile production orders and report out weekly attainment Reports all material activity to Customer as required Lead the recovery of material liabilities from vendors Tracks reports and processes quality performance issues with suppliers works to eliminate supplier related quality issues with materials Required Competencies & Knowledge Knowledge of Hearthside inventory products and production processes Knowledge and experience with SAP Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyze data Skill in Well developed influence communication skills Successful project follow-up Prioritizes work based on objectives set out in 30-60-90 increments Successfully analyzes and presents data to multiple levels of the organization Partners with others in organization and vendors to produce results Ability to Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Successfully multi-task Ensure collaborative relationships with industry trade other associations regulatory agencies and Hearthside staff. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP Work Environment Work environment is split between office plant and yard. Frequent production environment exposure which includes noise dust moving machinery fork lifts and fluctuations in temperature. Physical Requirements Sitting Standing Walking throughout facility and yard.
