The PeopleReady located at Oakland California 94607 is currently hiring a Experienced Commercial Property Janitor Job Description Immediate Opportunity Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Janitor or Custodian to work several jobsite locations. In addition to cleaning duties as a Janitor you will do light maintenance help repairs and many other diverse tasks that make the position different every single day. You will work and average of 4-7 hours a day. Must be able to travel daily to San Ramon to check in and pick up the work truck that you will use to drive to several locations in the East Bay Corridor. Responsibilities Include Performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and windows shampooing rugs washing walls and glass and removing rubbish Keeping sidewalks clean and free of debris Servicing cleaning or supplying restrooms Capturing and emptying trash Making adjustments or minor repairs to building equipment and systems Some weekend work may be also added to the schedule as needed Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Attention to detail Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly Able to work frequently with cleaning chemicals.
