The team member onSpotter Fire watcher maintains communication with the personnel in the confined space. In case of an emergency the worker on fire watch maintains situational awareness and raises the alarm about the emergency. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 12.53 Hour Responsibilities Include Standing Position Excellent Communication Skills Safety Focus Minded Qualifications ARSC Certified (through USI). Alcoa Online Training (we provide). Metatarsal Boots Hard Hat Safety Vest Safety Gloves. All PPE (except boots) will be provided.
