The PeopleReady located at Burlington Vermont 5401 is currently hiring a Warehouse Replenisher Job Description The role of warehouse replenisher is performed for an 8hr day from Monday to Friday.Receive orders and put the items into picking stock and overstock locations.Replenish stock picking locations. Build break down displays. Moving stock picking locations to make room for new products. Rotating stock due to expire dates. Various receiving picking cleaning duties as time and workflow allow for. Hours of work Monday to Friday- 8 am to 5 pm.Temp to Permanent Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 16 Hour Responsibilities Include The role of warehouse replenisher is performed for an 8hr day from Monday to Friday. A large amount of the day is spent standing or walking on a concrete floor. Must be able to pick up product with a maximum weight of 50lbs. The vast majority of items that need to be received replenished are between 5lbs and 24lbs Large skids can require a greater amount of lifting over the head. Lifting and bending are constant factors in unloading or loading skids of product. Restocking some items requires a great deal of force to pull out old stock and rotate it with the new stock. Locations can be either very low to the ground or very narrow. This makes it hard to get into the space properly and makes proper lifting technique very challenging. When using a manual pallet jack to push a skid onto a wrapping machine a great deal of force may be required to push the skid up an incline. A completed skid can range from 75lbs up to 1000lbs. There can be a lot of looking upwards for stock items which can strain the neck. Qualifications Must be comfortable using rolling ladders to put boxes in racking or remove boxes from racking. Must be comfortable with heights when using a cherry picker for restocking. Must be physically fit to walk and stand for long periods of time Must be quality and detail oriented
