Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 12.4 Hour Minimum Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills with polished presentation Hospitable demeanor and effective communication skills Eager to learn about wine and winemaking process Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays Overview of Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly and warmly providing excellent customer service Set up and breakdown tasting space each shift Guide guests through tasting experience Upsell retail bottles or merchandise when able Accurately handle cash transactions Assist Tasting Room Managers in ensuring that all wine and merchandise is always stocked and displayed in an organized clean and inviting manner.
