Laugh and Learn Children Centre Ltd. is looking for a Full-Time Early Childhood EducatorPosition InformationPosition Early Childhood Educator Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 18.00 20.00 Hour (depending on experience) Working Hour 30 - 40 hrs week Number of Positions 1 Business address 101-335 Carnarvon Street New Westminster BC V3L 1B9 Benefits 4% Vacation Pay Job Duties Plan and implement childcare programs to promote the physical cognitive emotional and social development of children and operate at all times in compliance with all childcare licensing standards Responsible for the constant supervision security and well-being of children Assess the abilities interests and needs of children and discuss problems progress with parents and with management regularly Observe and responds to the needs of each child Recognize behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents Assist and encourage children to learn proper eating dressing and toilet habits Establish and maintain weekly and monthly activities Maintain a collaborative relationship with co-workers Perform other duties as may be assigned by management Position Requirements Experience Experience as Early Childhood Educator is an asset. Education College Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education is required. Certificate First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate and E.C.E.
