Jr. Civil Transportation Engineer MicroStation ODOT Planning and Design - Mansfield OH - JOB 21-00273 Salary Range 55K - 65K Permanent Position with Benefits. A multi-disciplined civil engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking to hire a Junior or mid-level Civil Transportation Engineer. Will work closely with other professionals in all aspects of project planning design and plan preparation on a variety of industry projects. Typical projects will involve transportation projects that include airport planning and design highways on new alignment and modernization of existing transportation system. Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification desired but not required. 2 6 years experience doing a variety of civil transportation engineering work. Experience with ODOT project development process and standards is strongly desired. Must be proficient in MicroStation and software typically associated with transportation engineering. Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook experienced. Site Planning Design & Development. Stormwater management and utilities natural stream channel design and design support on NPDES and oil & gas permitting. Perform a variety of planning analysis and design activities for transportation projects that include airport planning and design highways on new alignment and modernization of existing transportation system. Prepares detailed construction cost estimates. Works with a team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver quality plans to our clients. Completes a variety of assignments such as engineering calculations drawings specifications and technical reports. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Salary Range 55K - 65K Permanent Position with Benefits.
