Responsibilities Loading flats of product onto conveyor system Candling -- looking for dirty or rotten product Quality -- picking bad product out of rotation Qualifications Must be comfortable standing for 8-10 hours per shift Repetitive lifting 30-50 pounds Repetitive hand movements Must be flexible to rotate between several stations throughout the shift
