Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 11 Hour Responsibilities Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain material and supply inventory. Overseework performed by outside contractors as necessary. Change light fixtures ceiling fans paint etc. Performing general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity withmaintenancetools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail-oriented The ability to work in all environments (extreme heat cold rain snow) Numerous and varied handyman skills
