The History of Man Part I In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth (Genisis 1 1) And on the sixth day God created all of the animals and last of all He created man and woman. So God created man in his own image in the image of God he created him male and female he created them (Genesis 1 27). Gen 2 8 And the LORD God planted a garden in Eden in the east and there he put the man whom he had formed. Verses 16 17 You may surely eat of every tree of the garden but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die. The first law of God was given to man. Gen 3 8 And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden ... God had fellowship with man. Satan lies to Eve. Gen 3 4 5 But the serpent said to the woman You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God knowing good and evil. Gen 3 6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food ... a delight to the eyes ...to be desired to make one wise she took of its fruit and ate and she also gave some to her husband who was with her and he ate. They broke God s law Gen 3 8 And they heard the sound of the LORD God... and the man and his wife hid themselves ...
