Note Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour - 20 Hour.ResponsibilitiesWork with the sales team to ensure that installation meets the demands and expectations of the client as established in the sales consultation. Check in shipments and store stock appropriately. Install our full range of Window Treatments. Install technically demanding products such as shutters and motorization. Program and troubleshoot motors and controls for window treatment products. Work with tech support to resolve issues in-the-field while staying calm and instilling confidence in the homeowner. Complete product repairs in shop as needed and instructed. Ensure that all garbage is properly disposed of post-installation. Communicate with office staff on all client and project related issues. Other duties as assigned. RELATIONSHIPS Internal All departments throughout the company. External vendors other contractors designers workroom personnel and other as assigned. QualificationsMust be able to comfortably and consistently lift 50 lbs Handy Tech savvy Solution-oriented with ability to solve problems in the moment. Fast learner Team player Excellent verbal and written communication Neat and organized Current drivers license with clean driving record Preference for vehicle with capacity to transport products to and from warehouse and jobsite Preference for experience working with window treatments or a similar product. COMPENSATION Will be competitive with a comfortable base salary and commission opportunities.
