Earn competitive wages with strong benefits The focus of this job requires a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Mill Machinist in our Machining Division. Responsible for machine operation and performing some set-ups using a variety of CNC lathe mill equipment and controllers producing parts to close tolerances and fine finishes with very minimal supervision. Note Pay Rate for this Job is 12 HourEssential Responsibilities Operates CNC lathes or mills proficiently and with very minimal supervision following written and verbal instructions while meeting productivity goals. Implement changes in tooling programs or processing methods as needed to achieve productivity and quality goals Create set-up sheets and follow set-up sheets process instructions work instructions and other instructions to ensure a reliable repeatable process for production Use all precision instruments and measuring devices including but not limited to all hand-held gauges optical comparator and CMM to inspect workpieces in progress Document process results legibly and accurately using SPC charts dimensional results forms production logs etc. Qualifications High school Diploma or GED Minimum1-2 years experience operating CNC lathes or mill 1-2 years setting up and troubleshooting CNC lathes or mills With a network of over 600 branches across all 50 states Canada and Puerto Rico we are experts at matching workers to the jobs in-demand delivering exactly the workforce needed with the right skills.
