A full service architectural & engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Transportation Project Engineer to provide engineering design and construction plans for transportation-related infrastructure projects.REQUIREMENTSBS in Civil Engineering required Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer required 10-15 years experience doing roadway geometry construction phasing maintenance of traffic signing pavement markings utility design and coordination and drainage and erosion control. MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) experienced. Must have knowledge and prior experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D and all related design features preferred. Must be a self-starter and have excellent written and oral communication skills DUTIESDevelops design and construction plans for transportation-related infrastructure projects including municipal street improvements. Specific tasks include roadway geometry construction phasing maintenance of traffic signing pavement markings utility design and coordination and drainage and erosion control. Prepare quantity take offs and construction cost estimates. Supervises engineering and technical support staff Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
