Maintenance Technician Equipment & Buildings - Akron Ohio - JOB 21-00030Hourly Rate Commensurate Bonus - Permanent Position with Benefits. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing the day-to-day preventative maintenance repair and fabrication necessary to maintain facility manufacturing machinery including conveyors grinders fans tools heavy equipment etc... Conduct routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities building and equipment.REQUIREMENTSTechnical degree from an accredited vocational school or High School or equivalent experience. Experience in a Manufacturing environment required Experience with any of the following conveyors fans heavy equipment grinders etc.. Experience conducting general maintenance on buildings and facilities. Experience with troubleshooting and repair. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to use all necessary tools for repair and maintenance in a manufacturing facility. Experience with troubleshooting and repair. 5. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
