Associate will be responsible for streamlining all the weighing and grading functions pre-determined by management on all incoming outbound shipments as well as internal flow of materials.Note Payrate for this position is 13 Hour- 15 Hour. Duties Weighing in all materials from trucks as they enter and exit the facility. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in grading loads. Responsible for accurately updating information in computer data base. Communicates effectively with material handlers and supervision. Responsible for keeping scale floor clean and reporting any equipment malfunctions. Monitor available warehouse space and direct forklift operators to assigned load placement. Work with Logistics Coordinator regarding incoming and outgoing load schedules. Skills Excellent verbal written and communication skills. Accurately detail relevant records Ability to handle multiple tasks work well with others and to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High School diploma. Strong working knowledge of scales and weighing material. Able to drive a forklift and operate a pallet jack Familiar with office computer software Excel Outlook.
