This includes preparation fitting welding cleaning and attaching auxiliary parts as needed. You will weld products following set procedures and QC requirements. You will assemble Rock Hound and Vrisimo units following set procedures and QC requirements.Note Pay Rate for this Job is 17 HourJob Responsibilities Assembling parts and welding into whole goods. Including maintaining nozzle tip gun hose gauges and regulators. Knowledge of proper flows and pressures. Expectation producing from parts to whole goods in a quality manner. Placing into position using overhead hoist by pushing pulling and rolling. Operate overhead hoist by properly securing parts lifting and positioning via electrical control. Expectation To bring together all necessary parts and place in jig or fixture as if needed. Expectation To use hoist so as to reduce the possibility of stress and injury. Operation of forklift in a safe and responsible manner with regard to company safety policies. Expectation Operates forklift safely in accordance with company forklift training. Seatbelt to be used at all times Leaves workspace clean after every shift. Expectation Leaves workstation free of clutter tools put away cords properly stowed and area swept of debris Works well with others and is pleasant and courteous to other employees. Conversation with others during work time is limited to job-related issues. Expectation To honor other people being courteous helpful when asked and promoting an atmosphere of congeniality. Observes and promotes a safe workplace. Expectation Observes all safety policies and is a participant in promoting a safe workplace. Arrives for work on time and ready for work when the buzzer sounds and stays in workstation except for moving parts in and out of the workstation. Expectation Arrive early enough to be at workstation when the buzzer sounds. Leave workstation when lunch and break buzzer sounds and returns from lunch and breaks promptly when the buzzer sounds. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications & Experience Use of proper personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety glasses goggles shields gloves welding leathers proper shoes and clothes appropriate for welding and fabrication. Works in a safe manner with appropriate personal safety equipment worn at all times in accordance with company safety policy. Lifting 50 lbs. fitting holding pushing pulling of various parts. May need to kneel or squat to weld in the proper position. Lifting and holding parts overhead may be necessary. Expectation Physical conditioning allows for safe and healthy carrying out of physical requirements of the job.
