Plan and schedule appointments meetings and events Greet and assist onsite guests. Answer inbound telephone calls. Develop and implement organized filing systems. Perform all other office tasks. Make travel arrangements for unit staff management and staff as directed. Must interact on a consistent basis with unit management and staff vendors. Qualifications Previous experience in office administration or other related fields HSD diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with vendors and catering. Must have experience with A V room set up. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Expert in working independently and in a team environment. Strong proficiency in using the MS Office suite (Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word).
