Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased. Establish contracts to ensure reduced pricing for all operating areas of the hotel. Invite tenders consult with suppliers and review quotations. Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards. Maintain updated records of purchased products delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses.
