Hello I have one question why is rent so dam high greed you think only rich people are going to rent. There are a lot of good renters low income or section 8 don t mean they are bad renters stop judging everyone. You are responsible for the homeless. Ever one needs a home and you a-s holes are why people are home less..Check people out better then you wont have these rental problems. Or start doing mental evaluation other checks meet them first talk to them look them over as questions. To see if it feel right. Look for hog rings nose the ears lips how they are dressed like a job interview. Then you may get better renters.
