Execute the functions of a terminal clerk at storage or warehouse facility. ResponsibilitiesSupervise loading and unloading of packaged products from railcars barges and trucks. Manage process and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner. Maintain an inventory of products to be dispatched. Check and verify products against invoices. Maintain and organize filing processes so as to retrieve information on time. Prepare verify and process complete bills of lading and document. Execute clerical duties in support of accounts receivable and accounts payable issues. Implement best practices in terminal clerk activities. Manage the entire office processes of a terminal office QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in a manufacturing terminal environment Good understanding of terminal systems (documentation compliance inventory control production scheduling controls etc.) Demonstrated ability to carry out assignments in a timely accurate manner and accomplishing tasks as required with little or no supervision.
