Provides coaching and support to staff to reinforce qualitycase practice using Solution-Based Casework. Providesformal and informal supportive programmatic and clinical supervision toeach team member holds formal individual supervision weekly and teammeetings on a monthly basis. Evaluatesstaff performance accurately assessing the strengths and developmentalneeds of team members. Holdsstaff accountable for strong performance. Ensuresappropriate record-keeping. Respondsto case emergencies (after hours when necessary) Musthave excellent customer service skills Mustbe able to collaborate across programs Ensurethe safety and well-being of children Whennecessary conduct home visits school visits and attend court hearings Mustuphold the agency Pillars at all time Performsother duties assigned to advance excellent casework practice.
