Administrative officer -Position administrative officer-Vacancy 1-Work Hours 6 7 hours per day or 30 35 hours per week (Full-time) Permanent-Wage 25.00 26.00 per hour-Benefit 10 days paid vacation per year Job Duties -Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluate and implement new procedures-Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence.-Carry out administrative activities of establishment-Provide creative solutions for work related problems-Assist in the preparation of operation budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls-Manage office supplies stock and place orders.-Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
