Sr. Process Equipment Engineer

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Equipment Engineer for its client in Conyers GA. The ideal candidate in their role as a Plant Engineer will provide process equipment support for extrusion and thermoforming manufacturing processes. This person is responsible for process and plant operational improvement safety process management capital appropriations support and the use of data-driven metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for the plant s manufacturing processes with particular focus on extrusion and thermoforming manufacturing and process improvement. Develop data-driven metrics (Overall Equipment Effectiveness Quality Dashboards etc.) to guide development and implementation of operational improvement plans with Plant Management. Manage the plant s tooling and product Changeover Teams. Support the plant s Budget and Capital Appropriation processes from development to approval and execution. Utilize and coach safety lean methods and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Engineering required. 10 years hands-on technical and managerial experience in plant operations maintenance and safety. Proven technical experience and knowledge of large-scale foam extrusion and thermoforming required. Familiarity with Lean Methodologies Continuous Process Improvement Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Work Order Systems.
