SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse Executive Director for its Home- and Community-Based Services client in the Fort Wayne IN area. This person will be responsible for the management and administration of the daily operations for home care delivery operations. This will include the quality of services provided capability of personnel and adherence to legal and corporate requirements and policies and financial performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the client eligibility and acceptance process and the effective delivery of non-skilled home care to clients. Implement and maintain administrative practices agency philosophy goals and policies which ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Coordinate and ensure completion of projects to support the current and long-term objectives of the company. Analyze and enhance the financial performance of the agency. Manage retention of qualified staff and oversee patient care activities to ensure their quality safety and economic delivery. Ensure professional development and oversee licensure verification certification and credentialing as required by law and policy prior to employment and annually.
