SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative for our client in Saginaw MI. This person will be building relationships with Architects Designers Contractors and demonstrating strong customer service no matter the size of project. The ideal candidate must be team- and people-oriented with strong analytical abilities and self-starter capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an understanding of customer s needs and matching those needs with company products and service Create and process customer sales orders order changes and deliveries according to established department policies and procedures to support on-time and complete deliveries. Provide prospective customers with clarification as to how to meet their specific requirements. Troubleshoot issues in the field regarding various products and services. Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer for up-to-date status of pricing service and latest product release launches. Maintain professional relationships with architects designers contractors customers suppliers QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma required Associate Degree in related field preferred. 1 years of sales experience required. Sales experience with masonry construction or similar field preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel Word Outlook required.
