Senior Project Manager - Packaging

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is actively seeking an Sr. Project Manager for its client in the Detroit MI area. This individual would be responsible of reviewing new products from plant perspective. Support productivity and cost of projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Development and management of plans for upgrades and expansion of plant. Implementation of plans which meet cost and timing or projects. Create bill of materials for new projects and provide support. Analyze and evaluate the performance and cost of equipment. Communicate with sites on a regular basis to fulfill projects and support issues. Publish weekly project status reports. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering required. Prior experience in plastic packaging industry required. Prior experience with SPCs required. Experience with managing direct reports. Ability to carry and lift to 50lbs. Willingness to travel required.
