One reason to rent from us is seven years of rental history never misseda payment. Clean quiet don t smoke or drink or drug. age 67. After 7 years we need a senior-friendly place. Please we have been looking for 6 months rent is way over priced thousand of dollars who can afford that. My wife and I have never been evicted or trashed any place.
