A well-established local architectural firm specializing in retail is seeking an experience Architectural Designer Drafter to assist on a variety of retail projects Big Bix Retail Centers Strip Malls etc.REQUIREMENTSAssociates or Bachelor s degree is desired but not required. Architectural Design and Drafting for Retail projects is highly desirable. AutoCAD & MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) Revit is a PLUS Architectural design and drafting for retail projects such as Big Bix Retail Centers Strip Malls etc. Must have experience doing production work red lining layout BOM s Ceiling & Floor Plans Elevations and follow direction from Architects & Team Leaders. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Pay Range 16.00 - 24.00 HR Contract to possible Direct HireOnly U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
