Position CookTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14.60- 18 hour (depending on Experience)Hours 30-40 hours weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Preparing and cooking various types of Japanese food items including sushi maki rolls and other Japanese dishes Assisting in the planning of menus Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized Ensure the production of high quality merchandise Maintain accurate food inventories Training other employees with respect to food preparation Assists other cooks during the food assembly process May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs Educational Requirements Secondary school Job requirements 2 3 years experience of commercial cooking experience are required.
