Factory Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd shifts) - Akron Medina Ohio - JOB 20-00486 Salary Range 14.50 to start (raise up to 18 hr. after 2 years) Permanent Position with Benefits. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Akron Medina Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire Factory Machine Operators for 2nd & 3rd shifts. No experience is necessary however past experience in a factory environment (especially operating production machinery) is highly desirable. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate (or G.E.D.) Must be willing to work either 2nd (3pm 11pm) or 3rd (11pm 7am) shift Detailed oriented to follow standard operating procedures Adjust or set-up machines or testers Discern between quality and off-spec product Perform basic tasks on PC or tablet Work in humid and hot environment Stand on your feet for extended periods of time Lift up to 35 pounds Thrive in a fast paced setting Operate a forklift (we will train) Maintain a reliable attendance record Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
