I am looking to sublet a great room in a 4 bedroom apartment at The Dillon which comes equipped with a fitness center pool and countless other amenities All you have to pay for is rent I will cover the electricity bill. The room is completely clean (along with the bathroom) and comes furnished with a desk chair bed and multiple drawers as well as a closet for storage. Bedroom and bathroom are completely private. Laundry is also in the unit and the trash is right around the block. The three girls that currently live there are fantastic and the one might be going abroad next semester so you would only have two roommates. The sublease would end July 31 2021 and you can move in as early as November 15 2020. I have attached some pictures of the unit below. Let me know if you would like to take over my lease )
