Needs work. A C not working and has had some roof leaks. Stored in covered rental storage in Pearland (hwy 35 area). Light aluminum frame. 30 amp electric. Tires are good. 2 propane tanks stove oven fridge microwave TV (use antennae or cable hookup) all in working order.
