Today we have over 40 facilities located in the U.S. Europe Canada and Latin America.CDL Class A Driver To complete daily routes as assigned in a productive manner while adhering to all Dawn Food Products safety guidelines. Rotate customer s stock purchased from Dawn Food Products and provide courteous professional service to all our customers. Maintain proper paperwork according to D.O.T. guidelines and Dawn Food Products procedures. Accurate delivery on all product with minimal to no damage to freight or equipment with low to zero invoice error ratio. Maintain a high level of professional communication with the teams from customer service sales and warehouse. Requirements Education High School Graduate or GED Experience Maintain a current Class A CDL license with a minimum of two years experience and a clear driving record. Additional Skills Possess the ability to read write and comprehend the English language. Have the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide. Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions or given direction. Physical Requirements Team members must have the ability to repeatedly move or lift product from 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Ability to withstand cool and or cold temperatures. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to delivery of product via carry in two wheeler and power walker lift gate operations occasionally operating tractor trailer in tight spaces and backing of tractor trailer. Develop working relationship with customers and co-workers. The proper handling of cash and or check payments from customers. Vendor pick up for product replenishment. Maintaining D.O.T. regulatory procedures along with Dawn Food Products procedures in log completion. Maintain a positive attitude and model Dawn behaviors and promote the Circle of Excellence.
