Service Center Manager - Sales Supervision Business Management - Baltimore MD - JOB 20-00477 Salary Range 80K - 120K approx. 15% - 20% bonus - Permanent Position with Benefits. A well-established electrical maintenance service-oriented company is seeking to hire a Service Center Manager who will provide overall supervision and direction for the service center and act as main point of contact for customers. Direct all processes for the service center and be responsible for sales profit loss and quality of the service center. REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Bachelor s Degree or graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent One year or more experience as an Operations Supervisor and or Supervising Engineer Experience working in the Industrial Service Industry. Must have strong Customer Service skills & requires a high degree of communication supervisory organizational and good management skills write and review proposals and review reports of field personnel. Responsible for the general supervision safety and technical training of Field Engineers and Technicians. Conduct Employee Reviews and recommend appropriate salary changes. Ensure compliance with companies environmental and safety policies and conduct safety meetings. Must have strong computer skills including editing formatting and using templates in Microsoft Word use of Internet for standards products manufacturer research and operation of computer-controlled test equipment. Must be willing to do some overnight travel to cover field region and attend company meetings. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
