SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking an Payroll Specialist for its client in Sandusky OH. The ideal candidate will have experience processing multi- state payroll. This person must have a desire to grow and learn within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-state biweekly payroll for employees. Assist in reconciling taxes and quarterly filings. Review time and attendance reports. Ensure systems are set up and up to date to reflect all of employees employment status. Assist in Accounting and Tax reports. QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree in Finance Accounting or related field is preferred. 4 years of relevant work experience is required. 2 years experience with multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax is required.
