Job Title Order Selector - EPJOutbound order selecting products for a major distribution center that services one of the largest grocery store chains nationwide.We hire essential workers to work for a large grocery distribution center in Irving TX. The positions listed below are long term and with potential growth.We are currently offering a 200 sign-on bonus after completing 160 regular working hours 50 weekly bonus after completing 40hrs or more and 350 referral bonus (additional rules apply). Don t miss this opportunity Overview Work site Irving Texas - 6min away from our office. Variable shifts 6am 7 30am 8 30am - Full time with a 30min lunch Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Overtime is available and you may work 10hr or more during busy seasons (you will have two days off during the week). Various climate conditions 0 - 80 (Dry Cooler Freezer environment) Requirements Electric Pallet Jack experience or have the knowledge of operating forklifts and High Top Work Boots. Pay Rate Two week training at 10.10phr. Incentive paid program (make up to 15phr) work 40 hours a week plus the opportunity to work overtime call . Job Type Long-term full time with overtime during peak season and room to grow Daily Responsibilities Complete order receipts by selecting boxes using an electric pallet jack Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves. Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers and quantities of merchandise. Place product on conveyors leading to wrapping areas. Keep records of out-going orders Breakdown re-stack & handle products from pallet to pallet by hand palletizing and shrink wrap orders Able to work in a fast paced environment. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Product and quantity verification Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Must have at least 6 months EPJ experience Depending on availability for the department you must be able to work in 30-90 degree climates. Minimal Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and experience Must be certified and able to operate Electric Pallet Jack Forklift Reach Ability to work independently Strong commitment to SAFETY Ability to pay close attention to detail meet deadlines and work with difficult individuals or task assignments Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes perform work activities requiring reasoning negotiating instructing persuading or speaking with others and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor. Knowledge of warehouse operations Good communication skills Knowledge of GOLD STOCK (SAP) Detail oriented and excellent people skills Must be able to read and understand numbers and labels. This position requires associates to follow MHE Operations and Safe Driving practices Safe Lifting No Contact Policy MHE Check Out Process and any other safety rules or policies.
