Tampa FL 33619 is currently hiring an AssemblerThe Product Technician Specializing in Assembly is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods (saw grind and paint) assembling finished products and preparing the products for shipment. The assembling of finished products includes but are not limited to Bead Rollers (Manual and Electric) Tube Benders (105 Series Brute Hydraulics 90 Degree Large Radius) Notchers (Racer Industrial and End Mill) Sheet Metal Brakes English Wheel Slip Roll and motor assembly.Pay Rate for this Job is 11 Hour - 13 HourResponsibilitiesAssembles finished products by examining connections for correct fit fastening parts and sub-assemblies and prepares the products for shipment. Verifies specifications by measuring completed components. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications notifies the Director of Operations to obtain additional resources. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements troubleshoots malfunctions and calls for repairs. Uses hands and tools to assemble finished products. Plans and directs activities concerned with development application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes materials and products. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions blueprint specifications and parts lists gathers parts sub-assemblies tools and materials. Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates and reading measurements. Basic wiring skills. Uses hands and tools to assemble finished products. Conducts quality checks and can re-work a part e.g. spot painting de-burring sanding and reaming. Assists with other job duties saw paint grind paint and shipping.
