Cleveland Company is seeking an IT Manager OMS - E-Commerce. . The IT Manager OMS - E-Commerce is responsible for planning developing and supporting IT strategy for the order management platform in the E-business Center of Excellence. Responsible for supporting the flow of orders from the web and mobile E-Commerce channels to the retail store systems. Communicates effectively while working closely with other groups to coordinate design development and testing efforts of assigned application components to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals. Responsibility includes management of additional staff and budgets.REQUIREMENTSBachelor Degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge & Experience 12 years IT experience. 6 years management and or supervisory experience or team responsibility in a dynamic complex environment. 6 years hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (requirements design implementation integration testing deployment and post production support). Experience managing customizations and enhancements to complex enterprise software packages and or Software as a Service cloud solutions. Excellent understanding of E-Commerce concepts such as order fulfillment inventory reservation 3rd party procurement systems order status updates payment processing and pricing. Experience working with a 24 7 operational support team for a business-critical customer-facing platform preferred Experience working with data and systems that require regulatory compliance such as PCI PII and or GDPR preferred Experience working with an enterprise order management system such as IBM Sterling Oracle Manhattan Associates or similar preferred Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Salary Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
