Regional Vice President Business Development Studio Leader Financial Performance - Washington DC - JOB 20-00396Salary Range 150K - 200K Permanent Position with Benefits. A long standing prominent architectural design and consulting firm specializing in healthcare facilities with multiple offices is seeking to hire a Regional Vice President to provide leadership necessary for the successful performance of a studio. This will entail people client service financial performance and business development.REQUIREMENTSBachelors or Masters of Architecture degree is required. Must be a Licensed Architect. Must be able to directly manage the staff within the studio and collaborate with other studio leaders within the firm to maximize staff utilization. Able to ensure continuing professional development of staff in consultation with the Studio Director HR and the Chief Operating Officer. DUTIESPlay a significant role in developing and maintaining this firms image and stature within the healthcare industry as a recognized leader in providing healthcare design. Able to establish and foster a collaborative and cooperative atmosphere between other studios and Practice Leaders one that leverages the strengths of each. Manage all Studio opportunities in conjunction with Director of Marketing and VP of Business Development. Lead all business development activities for the Studio. Lead marketing activities for the Studio including selling services and maintaining strong client relationships. Review all proposals assigned to Studio including development of scope fee and schedule. Responsible for identifying emerging opportunities for existing Studio clients. Manage Studio staff and resources to optimize project financial performance. Oversee review and approve the development of project budgets and schedules. Work with the Studio Director to assign staff and engage company resources as necessary to match the Studio s project needs in a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere. Ensure continuing professional development of staff in consultation with the Studio Director HR and the Chief Operating Officer. Work with HR Director in recruitment of new staff and retention and termination of existing staff within the Studio. Ensure Array design and documentation standards are adhered to by all Studio staff. Performs and documents employee semi-annual performance appraisals quarterly bonus reviews and coaching mentoring.
