Breka Bakery & Caf is looking for F T Bakers.Position BakerTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 17.00 18.00 hour (depending on experience)Hours 30-40 hours per weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Make dough for pies bread rolls and sweet goods batters for muffins cakes and icings and frostings to standardized recipes. Bake mixed doughs and batters Frost and decorate the cakes and other baked goods Meet established standards by ensuring quality of products Order baking supplies Establish production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods Review and check sales and merchandising of baked goods Train recruit and supervise kitchen staff Job requirements 2 3 years of commercial baking experience is required. Educational Requirements Completion of Secondary School is required.
