With this role you will be using a hand clip tool to attach rods and a machine to complete the task for each unit. You may be required to run up to two machines. Lifting up to 50lbs. Standing on your feet for up to 12 hours. The position requires someone to move quickly and have a sence of urgency. This position starts out at 10.25 per hour but progresses to 12.00 base pay within 90 days as long as attendance and performance is good. This position is also production based. The more product you get out the more money there is to be made. Average production is 15 to 16 per hour. This is usually accomplished after training. Hours of work would be training on 1st 7am until 3 30pm.(Monday - Friday) We are moving to a 12 hour shift operation.
