I am offering personal training online custom program building your strength and muscle through powerlifting bodybuilding and bodyweight exercises. Some of the lifts I have achieved are a 600lb Squat a 400lb Bench Press a 750lb Deadlift and a 300lb Shoulder Press. I have also done chinups pullups dips with heavy weight and high reps and also can effortlessly do pushups. I have big muscles because of the way I train.
