Our contents cleaning associates assist in moving cleaning and inventorying homeowners contents after an insurance loss.Pay Rate for this Job is 15 HourResponsibilitiesPacking boxes - Inventory contents and determine if non-salvageable or able to be cleaned Document contents - photo documentation and spreadsheet entry Moving contents furniture to and from storage containers moving trucks etc. Cleaning contents to restore to pre-loss condition Reviewing non-salvageable items with the homeowner before disposing Must take care when handling contents as to not cause any damage to contents or our customer s home. May assist with final construction cleaning or fire smoke cleaning Cross training opportunities into other divisions such as water mitigation repairs board-ups tarp-ups etc. Qualifications & ExperienceContents moving and cleaning experience preferred but not required Must be able to lift 50 lbs to assist in moving boxes and heavy furniture Ability to use a smart phone for navigation documentation and team communication Timely and reliable Must be flexible on days and hours worked Must be able to work full time with overtime as needed.
