Maintenance Technician - Facilities Akron OH JOB 20-00460 Hourly Rate 23.00 - 25.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Akron Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will assist in the overall maintenance of the company facilities. This includes general plumbing lighting janitorial duties HVAC preventative maintenance exterior maintenance etc. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required Past experience with maintaining facilities highly desired Must have experience with general plumbing electrical carpentry skills. Experience with welding and repairing of equipment desired Experience with HVAC a plus Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) experienced. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment Previous Supervisory experience a plus Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a good driving record Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Hourly Rate 23.00 - 25.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
