Hydromat Operator Operating Stocking Loading Filling Hydromat Machines - Massillon OH - JOB 20-00444Pay Range 20.00 - 25.00 HR Contract to Direct HireOnly U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.A privately owned manufacturing company that provides precision machining services is seeking to hire an experienced Hydromat Operator for first shift.Benefits Holidays Life Medical Dental and Vision Insurance 401k Company Provided Uniforms Company paid life insurance and short-term disability VacationREQUIREMENTSHigh school or equivalent (Desired) Must have at least 1 year of experience operating and maintaining hydromat machines. RESPONIBILITIESBe responsible for the operation of Hydromat machines which includes stocking and loading the machine keeping it filled with proper oil levels cutting fluids or lube and keep the machine free of chip build-up. Follow DCP and blueprint requirements to produce a quality part which requires making minor tool adjustments offsets and troubleshooting while meeting the production rates set for each machine. Assist the set-up operator and or Lead person in doing set-ups and tool changes and or repairs. Check and monitor parts to ensure they remain within the part specifications. Perform all necessary quality checks and SPC paperwork. Keep accurate counts and production records. Ensure that SPC records are kept. Perform all other job duties as assigned.
