Position Restaurant Assistant ManagerWage CAD 22.00 hourWorking hours 30 40 hrs weekBenefits 4% of vacation pay Free meals at work Job Duties Communicate between restaurant manager and front & back staff on what to be done in order to improve services and operations Assist manager with setting up work & shift schedules and monitoring staff performance Monitor and manage guest complaints to ensure customers satisfaction and administer efficient follow-ups to receive feedbacks Train and instruct employees to ensure smooth transitions Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer services Maintain inventory and keep records of receipts bill payments and etc. Check consumption of food ingredients and left-over to order and negotiate with suppliers.
